This is our most popular package. If you are struggling with any health concerns or unable to lose weight regardless of exercise and diet, then this is the package for you.

  • 1x 60 minute consultation covering:
  • Interpretation of Lab Tests (hormonal, detoxification, digestive, immune)
  • An individual nutritional analysis and healthy eating plan
  • An individual lifestyle analysis and lifestyle using our DRESS protocol
  • 4x 20 minute follow ups
  • Daily email accountability

1. Functional Adrenal Stress Profiles

Intestinal Permeability – Mucosal Barrier Function

Healthy function of the intestinal barrier is essential to disease prevention and overall optimal health.
